How does the reservation process work?

It starts with you telling us about the type of meeting or event you’re planning, and then one of our team members will contact you with any follow-up questions, or to recommend the perfect private room for you.

Where are the private meeting rooms?

Inside each of our partner restaurants, there is at least one room available for meetings. Each space is truly unique, with incredible attention to detail. View our locations to view a photo of its private conference rooms, along with room dimensions and amenities. If there is a particular location you prefer, then please tell us when requesting a reservation.

Are we limited to catering from the restaurant, or can we bring in an outside caterer?

We encourage you to cater directly from our restaurant partners so we may take care of all the small details for you leading up to your event! As an alternative, we do allow you to bring in outside catering of your choice.

Can I host an event in the private dining room that extends beyond Spacious hours of operation?

Events facilitated by Spacious may only be hosted between the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm. Please let us know if an event may extend beyond those hours and we will do our best to accommodate you. At the end of the day, you and your attendees are welcome to stay for cocktails at the bar, or ask a Spacious host to assist you in arranging a table for dinner.

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled event. Cancellation requests received within 24 hours will result in a 50% refund.

Is there access to a bathroom for my attendees?

Absolutely. Our private rooms are inside large restaurants, so there are plenty of bathrooms for your attendees.

How private are the rooms?

The rooms range from fully private, to semi-private. Semi-private means that, while there are doors that close, they are made of glass, and may not completely block out sound. Fully private rooms are virtually sound-proof. We’ll help you find the room that best suits your meeting.

What is the noise level like? And on a related note, are there any noise restrictions I should be aware of?

Since our partner restaurants are closed during the day when your meeting takes place, Spacious is in complete control of the ambiance. We have non-distracting music playing to create an atmosphere of focus. Our members are respectful of their fellow co-workers.

Do I need to be a Spacious member to host an event?

Spacious membership is not required to book private rooms, but Spacious members get a discounted hourly rate. Spacious is a great off-site meeting solution for people visiting from outside NYC or the country.
